I've been working on my take-home allll day. It is supposed to be minimum 6.5 pages long, double spaced. Right now, it is four and a half pages, *single* spaced, or just under ten pages long. I have covered fifve of the eight periods assigneed. The ones that remain are the dreadnought era (Russo-Japanese war through to right before WWII), WWII, and the modern, nuclear age. I am examining the developments of warships in these eras, with respects to balancing fireower, armor, speed, and endurance. there are a lot of changes to go through in the more morderperiods. i just finshed the introduction of stea,m, better communications, armoured plating and metal hulls, etc etc etc. Oy. This is gonna be long, and Dr. Dudley is a madman. I really can't see how yo could make this any shorter that I'm doing, and yet the undergrads only *have* to hand in 1000 words! Crazy! At least it is a take home, right? Oy.
Also, I lied. I haven't been working on it *all* day. I rolled truffles and goofed off for an hour. And now, I am going to package truffles, and get dressed in clothes that aren't all overed in chocolate. Yay! I guess I'll work on this more tonight, and tomorrow morning. I should be able to finish it before perseity. I hope I can, anyway. And I'm hoping that I can find someone who will help me run last-minute errands on Monday, and drive me to theairport on Tuesday. *dance* Dinner in less than an hour, gotta get going, eek!
