Because, I haev this tendency to yell at the internet when it is unstable. Specifically I tend to yell "You whore! You stupid whore!" And, well, I'm not realy yelling that loudly, but I have a loud voice and the sound insulation here is poor. So I can only imagine what my neighbours might think now, and don't want to thknk about what they might think if I were a man, and if I had a live in gf ;)

Scott sometimes wondered what the hell I was into when you yelled like that. I think he imagined we had more straps and leather then we did.

People do tend to speak/yell at stuff that technically can't respond... talk to plants, pets, etc.

Although I find it interesting that you vent so freely on your net connection, but rarely or very guardedly on family (or so I gathered from that discussion way back).

Well, as much as I like my Things, I don't really have as much of an emotional investment in them as people. I don't care if I hurt them/their feelings ;)

See, If I throw my montiro across the room in a fit of rage, then I am out a montior, and possiblyt some damage to my wall. If I throw a person across the room in a fit of rage, well, then it is a little more costly, in various terms ^-^
