I am making lemon squares. I will take some in tomorrow to my class, for after I give my presentation.

I also have a declious smoothie made with frozen strawberries, apple cider, and a banana. But that's all for me :)

Ooh. I've been making smoothies with banana, frozen berries, soy milk, a bit of orange juice and a dash of cinnamon. But I def want to try the cider now.

Hmmm... cinnamon, you say? I'll have to keep that in mind. I really can't believe that it never occured to me to put spices in my smoothies :o

I just generally use whatever juice I have lying around, but I *love* cider, so in it went!
