What should I do tonight?
My options, at the moment, include:
a: read more of the really teditous book on piracy and the law that I need for an essay.
b: read more from the book on Dutch economy and art that I need for a class discussion
c: mark undergrad essays. I have to get through about 45-50 in the next three days.
d: go through books I own and look for material on methods of piracy.
e: work on costume or other sewing project
f: more writing stuff.
g: other, I'm open to suggestion.
...notice how none of these things involve other people? There aren't even any movies playing at the student union that I could go see, and almost everyone is gone off somewhere for break. bah. I haven't left my house all day, and now it is dark. there isn't anywhere to go anyway. Apparently, the buses don't run on school breaks, or I might have gone to the mall this afternoon. bronwen asked if I might want to IC tonight, but then she ran away before I could say yes :(
Well, dinner is just about ready.

It is probably better for my bank account this way, at least.

Yeah, bicycles are a student-in-a-budget's best friend. I'd swear by them... American public transit is horrendous, so I'm told.
