I have finished the Thing! i will post it later, once it has been edited. I'm sure it will need some editing, but I have a very eager proofreader, so I will let her look it over ;)
The Thing is a Perseity related story of, um, adult nature, so to speak, and anyone who is interested can see it over in
perseity_ooc either later tonight or sometime tomorrow. I'll keep you posted ;) Edit: It is now up!
So, what's next? I have been in a very creative mood lately. I suppose that being in a setting that stimulates my academic mind is bound to stimulate other parts of it too (heh heh, I said 'stimulate' ;p). In any case, I still feel like doing more writing. I have a few things I could work on, but I am open to suggestion. In fact, I know that I work better if I have an interested audience. So I am going to toss out a few things that I have thought about, and if you like them, or have any other suggestions for me, comment! I will make some kind of arbitrary call based on how inspired I am to write a particular story and how much interest I think people will have in it, and then I will get to work :)
So!
The first thing I could do is finish a story I started over a year ago now, based on a guy who created his own God (of happiness)and then tries to get rid of him when he starts thinking he is crazy.
The second is a story, written up like an oral history journal article (or somethign like that) about a Romanian guy during the opening years of the twentieth century who was rumoured to be a damphire.
The third is something C-verse related, either just to wrap things up with my Irish plots (Anastasius stuff), or maybe something with Kolya.
The fourth is to do something (?) with the characters and setting I created for my entry in Shan's second "three day" novel contest.
There was a fifth, but now I forget. Oh! maybe to do something with one of the characters I created for the NuRPG back in the day...
thoughts? Feel free to offer suggestions :)

If you didn't have specific plans for it, though, I might write something about Mar post HD...

Sounds like you have plenty of other projects to keep you busy until such time as you find out what my specific plans might be ;)

I suppose, I could write something set *in* Diablotin that wouldn't necessarily need to make use of any characters directly. I'm sure I could think of something, if I knew folks would be interested in reading it. And I could probably sneak in little cameos hee and there, of various NPC's, or even PC's... Like, someone goes to see Pavo's play, or things along those lines ;)
I have done it in the past, but I find it dissapointing to write something that I am told isn't really feasible in continuity, or that later turns out not to make sense.
