It's madness, I say! This is what I get for not wearing my watch.
I finally left the house around noon, and headed up here to the library. I spent a lot of time scanning, and a lot of time faffing about on LJ. I didn't think I had spent 2-3 hours faffing about, but apparently I managed it.
By the time that i was done all the scanning I *knew* I needed to do, the clock was telling me it was 3. So I came downstairs, to see about getting a library carrol to work at that I could lock my stuff in (grads can rent them for the year for a 25$ deposit). So, I did that.... Between figureing out which one I wanted, and paying for it, it was about 20 after three or so when I got through. I went upstairs, deposited my stuff, and jaunted across the parking lot to Wendy's. I kind of forgot about eating, see, after my pancakes, and it is the best, closest, fastest, cheapest place. Well, I just got back about ten minutes ago, and now the clocks are tell me it is *quarter to five*! What! Ahhh! I must go finish my research.... Everything is going to go fine... Just fine.... Eeek!
Really, I just need a few more fact about screwing (engines), and then to insert sme archaeology. Which shouldn't be too hard, right?
Steam engines are more fun when you make dramatic pauses. I should do that on Tuesday. "This is an inverted oscillatic screw... engine. Steamy!"
Now I run to a computerless environment which I hope will increase my productivity. Eeeep!
