I would have to go with #4 from a purely academic stand point especially without knowing what your prof. is like.

However I would definitely be more interested in reading a review with the word 'sadism' in it. I would throw in the word 'anal' to make people want to read it even more.

Or might I suggest - "How I spent my last couple of days: a review of a crappy book" ?
