I don't know if it is me or this computer, but it seems like the left part of the screen closest to the edge at the top ois really blurry and hard to read. It *could* be me, but my eyes seem to be doing okay for everything else :o

Anyway... Today my plan is to do readings. Lot and lots of reading. Did I mention a lot of reading? There are two bnook for which reviews are due in the next week or so that I should be able to finish, plus other readings for class. This probably means that I'll be a: out by the pool a lot today (Best place to *do* readings, really, since I have no furniture ;) and b: that I'll be looking for something else to do by this evening. Oh, I did buy a desk, but I need my toolbox before I can put it together still. and a chair! But it is just a crappy folding chair. I am trying to decide how much of an investment I should make in a computer chair still, since I will probably also want to use if for sewing. Therefore I need something adjustable. hmm...

So! If people are going to be around, they should let me know.

Also... myc scent of the hour is Jolly Roger. I find that a lot of the BPAL scents don't really have a lot of staying power on me, especially some of the ones with cloves (Which is dsad because I like some of them a lot). This one is more, hmm... Well, musky, I guess.... with an undertone of almost *musty*, which is maybe a little less plesant. I've noticed this in a few other scents as well (Iago, for one). It's not a bad smell, but not something I'd really be likely to wear much, except that it is called 'Jolly Roger'. The site says: JOLLY ROGER
Sea spray with an undercurrent of leather, Bay Rum, and salty, dry woods.
I don't get much rum, woods, or salt from it, though.

Maybe it is the 'leather' note that doesn't agree with me then. I'll remember that.

Also since I am sick I will probably be around. I am getting cabin fever though (not the flesh-eating kind) because my grandparents and some of my cousins have come up, so if my Dad ever gets back I might go out for a bit or give your sister a call when she gets back from Terry's enslavement. Or maybe I will just call you. I don't know I'm sick and confused.

And I still swear that Hidalgo was staring at me with evil intent.

Heh.

"Smell like a pirate. All the lusty young wenches and port city whores can be yours with this swashbuckling new scent!"

Lashes are made from leather, aren't they? So Jolly Roger has the aroma of Rum, "salty, dry woods" and The Lash.

Er...
