Jola has a doggie playdate today, but it is going to be a little later than normal. I made the usual arrangements this morning - I either make a phonecall, or get a phonecall, at which point she knows It's On, especially if I reassure her that yes she is going to go play with Cooper, and spends the rest of the time until she gets picked up staring out the window in my bedroom, watching for the car.

This morning, things are On, but running later than usual. This Concerns her, so she has come in here a few times to whine at me anxiously. Sadly her concept of distant time events are a little lacking so when I tell her 'not yet, soon!' she is not adequately reassured. Now she is moping in the hallway, thinking I have disappointed her, and taking out her anxieties chasing Maze.
