I am going to make plans for myself today, as otherwise I will just sit on my ass all day again, much like I did yesterday. I managed a bit of writing on Ice, but nothing substantial. I spent most of the evening trying to recover my groove, but then got distracted by studying and then Exia stuff..

Things I have to do today:
Shower
Return pot to Eller for fieldschool peeps
Tell Eric I won't be at game
Dinner with the Anth girls (Laura is picking me up at 6:45)

Things I'd like to do:
write more on ice, or at least recapture my story atmosphere
read some stuff at the library
play Exia Gaiden
Maybe even play my regular game for a bit depending - though I really don't think that'll happen

In the long term, I would also like to do something with Maria and Chris this weekend at some point. I should call them tonight or tomorrow. maybe if the weather is nice we can have a picnic somewhere or something :o I can make retardedly expensive/delicious brownies! I'd also like to see other people at some point. I know Dina is going away this week to Charleston (*envy*!).

Well, my defense is *hopefully* going to be next Thursday, at Eller, at 11. Hopefully. *sigh*.

I need to get confirmation from Dr. Ewen, who won't be back until the 13th. But this still puts me a week an a half later than the date I'd originally picked. Once I have it confirmed, I will pick a date a week later to fly the *^%(&%out of here. For now -_-

Tonight I will live vicariously through Laura, who did defend on Monday and is out of here on the weekend! Go her!

Now I need to track down some water, and go buy some good chocolate. Yum!

Maybe not for my neighbors though. I got my new zills! they delight me! I have just finished sewing in the elastics. NO ONE CAN STOP ME!

Luckily I will be gong out in about 10-15 min ;D
