elanya: Sumerian cuneiform 'Dingir' meaning divine being/sky/heaven (Arr!)

Today I went to a 'meeting' with Shan and Kathryn, where we officially formed a dance troupe with the horribly punnish name of 'In Da Nile'. I couldn't think of anything better (I'm no good with names on the fly unless they are very boring ones liek 'Jeremy' or 'Terri'. I figure, it at least isn't a complete stereotype name as it does not contain either 'belly' or 'gypsy' or some variation of 'hip' (hippy, etc), nor is it a translation of something in Persian or Arabic, which is a language none of us can speak/pronounce properly. We also discussed ideas for hosting a workshop this fall... )
