On Monday, I thought I might want some Nachos for dinner, so I stopped at Victory on the way home, and bought some hamburger. Then I wound up going to the Burrito. yum! So I had nachos Tuesday instead.

Last night, we went out to dinner with mom. Where? The Burrito. Yum! It really is one of the best restaurants in town.

Anyway, today, I decied, since I'd been eating Mexican(or faux-mexican, at least) all week so far, why not keep up the trend? So I picked up a taco kit at the SS and convinced Hazel to get the stuff to make chili! So tacos tonight, and hili tomorrow. Jodie we will save you some taco stuff, of course! There is enough for two hard and two soft shells each.

I also sucked all the carpets and swept the kitchen! I also intend to sweep the bathroom. And then I will maybe call Joel, once Hazel is off the phone, and watch more Firefly, and also write some. First though, I need to do some e-mailing and make tacos!

Oddly enough, the Taco Bell subject came up last night in a kind of, but not really related, vein. I don't recall ever eating at one... so why does Quebec have to ban them? People tell me it's decent...

Anyhow, a taco kit from the SS? I didn't know the Germans made such. ^_^ Oh, plus, Ray's Rad Chilies. That still cracks me up a bit. :)

So who's your favourite Firefly character anyways?

Quebec banned them? That's weird. Of course, they also banned yellow margarine, so go figure.

Well, perhaps ban is too strong a word. I don't know what the exact situation is, only that there are none in Quebec.

There are none in NB or NS either, as far as I know. I never saw one until I came to Ontario. I think it's more likely a question of marketing - the same company also owns KFC, Pizza Hut, and A&W (to name a few), and there are plenty of those in Quebec and the Maritimes. I imagine they just figure that Mexican food wouldn't sell as well in those parts of the country as chicken, burgers, and pizza.

Possibly, although I'd think more variety would be more sensible than having, say, two fast food joints of the same chain within a stone's throw of each other.

Damn. Now I've got the "Macho man" song (with Lannie's modified lyrics, of course) stuck in my head right before a meeting with the boss. Must remember not to hum out loud. ^_^
