I was sick yesterday., So sick that Lisa, my boss, who is notorious to some for not having any sympathy for the sick, driove me home at 10 yesterday. I had to call her yesterday evening to say if I was going to be okay to work today (we were expected to be busy today and she had to find someone to come in and help). At that point, I told her no. Really, I am *awake* now, and my stomach doesn't feel as horrid, but I am both still tired from sickness and *over*tired from so much sleeping, plus I still haven't had anything solid for over 24 hours. I am nibbling away at a piece of cheesecase I found in the fridge because if I can't kep it down well, it is only cheesecake.. soft, squishy, cheesecake. Rasberry and almond, even.

So, today will be a day of rest. Which I could certainly use. However, this means my next paycheque is bound to be pretty crappy, especially considering I've been being sent home early every other day this week. Ah well, at least next week guarantees me regular hours, since Frankie and I decided to switch off our shifts.

So,what to do besides just sleep today... I will maybe read, and do some Perseity stuff, if Hazel is amenable,and maybe do some other Perseity stuff, and work on my application thingy, and so on.motly, Sleep is on the menu. Maybe some writing if I can concentrate.

"Diet Rite" became "Etir Teid"... and quite frankly, 'Etir' struck me as amusing... and really, I'd gotten one Rasis/Racist joke too many.

Reason for said nick: I could never remember the name of white blood cells in undergrad classes, and I came up with this as an answer to one of the questions. It's total crap, nonexistant, but my one friend (who I talk with on IM a lot) started to get confused and think it was real.
