Here I am, in Moncton, at a party for my grandfather's 85th borthday. I've borrowed the comuter for a whle to hide from the excess of children. My cousin Aaron has one of his own (he is my age or younger?) with an ex-girlfriend, which he takes care of when he can (she's got it full time), plus his current gf has one that is about six I think. Both boys Keeghan(hos) and Donovan(hers). Also, my uncle's new wife's daughter (Meghan) is here (she's older but I don't know how old). Most of my older cousins are just, well, really not my kind of peple. melanie is nice, but hard to understand. All of the cousins that I miht have liked to see more (like Melissa,and Alexander) aren't around for various reasons. trevor is babystiing (I haven't seen him in an age and a half), and his brother Kevin is kind of a waste of skin . because of him, Hazel has to put a BIOS password on grammie's computer so he would stop downloading porn and bookmarking it. Good freaking god.
Everyone is smalling over the littlest one, but well, I'm afraid, I just don't see it. I'm happy to see my grandfather nterested more in someone, he seems more excited about the baby than most other people here. I've been told that he always did like little boys more. *shrug*.
Man, what a drooly little crocth sprout. His face is covered in glistening spittle. They are trying to get him to play with the dog... The dog thatis about four times his size o_O. At least Sascha is well behaved :o They just brought him over to watch me type for a bit, but I'm just not a baby person, I think. Not at this point. Meh! No, the idea of having drooly little hands pawing all through my hair is *not* especially attractive.
Okay, anyway, enough rambling/distraction. And you know, I don't even know Aaron's girlfriend's name. No one has bothered to introduce me. Meh. not that i'm not having a good time, I just have never really felt as close to my extended family as maybe I should. it is probably because I've always lived further away (they all live in Moncton), and so they just all know each other better and keep in touch better. I am a peripheral member.
Oh, hazel, I told them you shaved the front of your head, and grammie and aunt Becky both said that you have such a nice face and such a strong sense of style that you can get away with anything and it always looks good. I think they are jealous ^-^
