thew house is completely empty, and not even a note to say where anyone might be. Money has appeared on my desk, too, which is a nice thing. I recognize it as the return of my rent money.

Which makes me realize something else... I havebeen desperately strapped for cash, to the extend that I didn't have enough in my account to cover cheques that were theoretically supposed to come out today. Had I know that this was going to happen, I'm sure *that* problem could have been averted to. But it isn't like Scott knew that. It is just one of those retrospective 'd'oh's. *shrug*

No one is around on the internet either :o Very bored... If it were nicer out I woudl walkj up and go put my money back in my bank, but it is chilly and kind of rainy. but maybe I will go and have some ice cream anyway ^-^

It seems liek I will be leaving next weekend, because that lets me collect two may cheque on friday, which can fund my return and help me out a bit once I'm home while I am looking for work. I need to talk to Joel to see if he has decided when he is leaving (he *can* leave sooner, which would be good for him because it would mean getting to work sooner, and getting money sooner). If he is leaving before me, that I will probably talk to some people (Rob, Julie/Steve) about some little visits on my way.

I have had a surprising amout of offers for roomates since this occured :o The reason I have decided to return to NB is primarily that I have no furniture here, and so really moving anywhere lse would necessitate my going back to NB first anyway, and that is just not financially viable. It does make me feel loved, though ^-^ If I did have things here, it would be cheaper to go to To, and room with Fishy, probably. This way, though, I also get to stay closer to (though not specifically with) Joel, which I want, especially as he may be leaving in the fall for Japan.
