elanya at 12:35pm on 20/05/2003So what *have* I been up to? Mostly work. Work work work. :/ I even worked on Monday, since both Janie and Crystal took the day off. So it was only Sarah and I. but we did okay, although we got out a lot later than I had expected. There were always more things I'd forgotten to put on the list, or someone else decided we needed. But, hey, time and a half.

xypharan had been trying to get ahold of me, since his parents were up for a wedding, and they had decided to spend some time with some relatives in Kitchener while they were in the area. So I called him at his aunt's on Sunday after I got home from work. Originally we were going to hang out on Mopnday, and play Diablotin here (I have two useable computers), and it would have been fun to see the Boden faces ^-^. But then I got invited to dinner at his aunt and uncle's, so I went! hangign out with Fishy, tasty bbq, saw a bunny (which I was later told I should have kicked since it has been eating the garden... Bunnies really are the cutest pests, though ;), playing darts and watching movies. Also traded backrubs/headscratches, of course :)
On Monday, even though game was cancelled, he came over anyway ;). I made fajitas, we watched Scott play the video game that goes along with the Matrix movie (and I really mean goes along with. As in, there is *additional* filmed movie footage that was made just for the game. You get to play Naiobi or Ghost (one of her crew. The asian guy). And it seeems pretty cool, all in all, arr), went for ice cream with both my boys, took silly internet quizzes, lurked in #changeling while Julie was doing Solo stuff, and watched Dog Soldiers. And that was about it. We talked about gaming and stuff, of course, byut not as much as we could have ;D
Not a bad long weekend, all in all. Today, however, it it rainy and blah, and I have to leave for work in about an hour. I wonder if the rain will make more or less people want to go see movies, hmmm...
