I'll get you yet! And your little dog too! I know where you live! I think... Hmm, well, I do know the town, I think. Maybe I can track him down using online phone books or something equally stalker-ish. I can't any contact information for him on the web at all :( I know that he is (or was in 2001, at least) the Dorctor of the Whydah Museum in Provincetown, Cape Cod, mass. I find lots of references to interviews with him, especially in relation to the Whydah expedition (retrieving a sunken pirate ship from the area) and the Adventure Galley expedition. But no contact information. For the Whydah stuff, there is a web page. But the e-mail address doesn't actually exist. I tried it! And the stuff on the Adventure Galley is all two years old and on the discovery.com site, so I'm not too enthused to try that out. There is no e-mail on the pirate museum site. Why does he have to be so frustrating? *sigh*

Maybe I'll have to try and track down the elusive Barry Clifford instead. Yes, *that* Barry Clifford. (As if you know who I mean. The guy who found the Titanic, okay? Him. He is big on pirates. In fact he ran both expeditions I listed above. Rar.)

So, Ken Kinkor. If anyone out there has any ideas about how I can track this guy that I haven't thought of.... please let me know :(

(Oh, he is published, but has never had any of his own books published, mostly articles in other people's stuff. Or I'd try to go through his publisher, as suggested by Mary (I think)). Too bloody complicated... I just wanna know about the pirate cemetary on Saint Marie's Island... *sigh*
Mood:: 'frustrated' frustrated
Music:: none. turned it down to concentrate better, and forgot :o

Did you try kinkors@capecod.net. ? That's the one I found on the National Geographic website. It's still from 1999, but it might be worth a try. The worst that can happen is that it bounces...

Hmm, I hadn't even thought to look at the ant. geo. site, because I assumed there would be no e-mail addresses attached to it. I got him anyway though, but thanks :) (And it is a different addy)
