I threw some stuff in the crock pot, and now we can play a little game! I'm going to tell you folks in internets world what's in the pot! And you can then suggest to me other things, such as Spices that i might want to add :)
Lannie's Crock Pot Concoction #242
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 seranno peppers
2 stalks celery
2 large garlic cloves
a few handfuls shredded lemony chicken (crockpotted earlier this week with a lemon inside it ;)
1/2 a hot jalapeño Slovacek sausage (delicious local sausage, om nom nom)
~ 1 1/2-2 cups lemon chicken stock (from the same chicken as above)
~3-4 C water
~ 1 C rice
1 16 oz can of organic dice tomatoes
Aaaand go! What else goes in? :D
