Hey, I had that trojan too! We're virus buddies!

I ran avast in boot-up mode, and told it to chest (quarantine) everything it found. Back in windows, I deleted the files I knew I didn't need any more (downloads, programs I don't use etc.) and rescanned everything else. Everything came up clean, so I restored them, and poof! No more virus.
