I've been taking valerian... It stinks like feet but it works really well. I can fall asleep, and if I do wake up to go to the bathroom I have no problems getting back under. Plus there's no morning-after drowsiness!

Anyway I also hope you feel better, and in case I forgot to say, I sent you the Serenity shirt.
