Bond
Casino Royale is a great movie. More oldschool bond - there are just enough gadgets to be believable. No self-driving cars or other retarded crap. If the cars are change-your-panties-sexy, it is because they just *are sex.*
The writing is great. The first meeting between Vesper and Bond is absolutely killer. Judi Densch is as awesome as ever. The plot is pretty solid, although it didn't give me many surprises. It has some good names. The villain's name is Le Chiffre. Lynd has to pretend to be something or other Broadchester. There are some gorgeous dresses (my favourite is the green linen one, but that's because I love green, and linen, and it looked more like something I might actually wear ;)
The action sequences range between brutal and finessed, which is pretty convincing. Some of the stunts just had me going :o for minutes on end. And then there is the last action-y scene which had me going D: D: D: but not because any of the people! But I seriously think they have been using monkeys as stunt men. Or possibly Jackie Chan. Or possibly they have crossbred Jackie Chan with a monkey (he is getting pretty old these days) and are using this freak of nature to perform terrifying death defying stunts of great awesomeness.

A good time was had :) the only disappointment for me was the opening song, which, being modern rock, was bland and generic. The credits were great, even if they didn't have any naked lady silhouettes.
