After a wonderful weekend comes a dark and dreadful weekend.
I realized today that I had no money left in my line of credit. This isn't really a *huge* issue, at least not immediately, because I have about 3000 in my other account. What it did mean was that I had to get my mom, who can't drive and has to rely on taxis or buses, to go downtown and do sme banking for me. I'm very grateful, though...
It does still mean that I am dirt poor and have no cash and probably can't get any until at least tomorrow, I do have a visa card, but I am wary of using it too much. The only thing I really want to use it for is to take pictures to get develloped... I really want my Ireland pictures back :/
Spending, however, is going to become much more of an issue, since I stilll haven't paid all my tuition. A bit chunck of it is taken care of, but I really don't know if I am going to have enough to pay off the remaining balance after my bursary comes in (whenever that might be). I worked it our, and it is going to be around 2000 or 3000 dollars (I think). Which is about what I have left to me in the world at the moment.
This means cutting out a lot of spending, like movies, and probably even dance classes, and weekend events, and everything, which really really sucks.
On top of this financial burden, I thought for a while that my computer died, as the monitor started goign crazy for no apparent reason. Scandisk did fix it, at least.
Anyway, all of this blah-ness has put me in a rather down mood, and I haven't gotten any work done. I have been reading the second book in the Outlander series, which I actually quite like so far... The narrative style is a bit different. Unfortunately, my laziness means that I read the beginning, until stuff starts flashing back to the past, and then I skipped the whole part in the past (which is, um, most of the book), and read the ending. Now, since the flash-back is most of the story, and there aren't many direct *plot* connections between the present and past stuff (and certainly nothing I was surprised about when it did come up), I expect it hasn't really ruined too much for me. Strange, but that's how it goes...
