Pottery in the buff!

I went on a trip to the Westmoore Pottery today. It was pretty cool, buit I'm not positive that, having seen potteries and potters at work before, and having been previously exposed to both replica and authentic bits of pottery, it was worth the 6 hour return trip. Well, no, probably it was, I guess. I mean, it was neat, and the people were super nice and stuf.... Just, I'm really tired and I have too much stuff to do!

Regardless., I did make a purchase or two. I got myself a salt-glazed stoneware mug, and I got a thing for Mr. Fish that is suitably Bodenesque. I hope he will enjoy it en-lieu of picturs of my boobs ^-^

Also, today I learned that catfish does not just taste like fish. It tastes like gross dirty fish. Eww.

There was more I had to say, but it has vanished! Where did it go? Away! I saw two daschunds on my walk home. ARR!

I am sleepy -_-

You must have had a nasty catfish. I think it tastes great. When I make blackened catfish, it actually tastes a lot like a good steak.

I dunno, I found catfish extremely oily. I haven't ever had it made by anyone who knows how to cook it though, just myself messing around :P

It is possible... It was justreally gross, even slathered with tartar sauce. it was just fried. i shoudl have gone for something I know I would have liked, but it was their daily special, and I'd never eaten there, or had catfish before, so I was feeling adventurous... It really did taste 'dirty'.

I didn't find it oil, so much.... Well, it was deep fried, but not especially oil. It just had kind of a 'dirty' taste.

Maybe they did "stuff" to the catfish. That is why it was the special.

You just got bad catfish. It takes a little more work to cook right than most types of fish... if you ever make it up to my neck of the woods, I'll whip some up you'll like.

AND DACHSUNDS! AH! Now I miss my parents poor dachsunds again. :^(
