Huh. But yeah, no wonder it was cheap... probably old and violates current safety standards. Still, replacing the cord with a copper one shouldn't be too expensive... although might be more than the mixer.

Sometimes a weird keystroke combination or misclick will change something that I didn't notice until the deed is done. If then.
