I did almost nothing at work today. I was meant to have a meeting at 1, but it didn't really happen until 3:30. So i was mostly waiting for that all day. Other than that I pretty much dicked around? I worked some on Jukebox and chatted online. I had lunch. And when my meeting was over, I made some cursory notes and then I left early, just before 4:30. I caught the bus juuuust in time, but the bus towards Masonville, not the one directly home. So I went to Petsmart and got a Cone of Shame for Sierra, and some cat food, and then to Loblaws for some me-food! I got my usual lazy foods of a rotisserie chicken (too much Rosemary, otherwise good), some nice fancy bread, and a bagged Caesar salad. Oh and also some oranges, a pint of Ontario strawberries, some croissants, and a cake. Tiny grocery store cakes are apparently my weakness. This one is a cream cheese raspberry cake, and it is the cake incarnation of one of my favourite ever ice creams (black raspberry cheesecake).

So I ate a lot of delicious things! After I got home and waled the dogs, etc. I didn't get a whole lot done this evning - I wrote up a quick backstory for my half-orc, and picked her feat, and then watched some Jessica Jones. I'm waiting to hear back a question from support about the mySQL database for the wiki before I get on further with that, though I had been hoping to finish it today. Boo!

Tomorrow I am going on another hike! I think my boots are unsalvageable, so I am going to try getting by with my sandals. I'll bring some wool socks in case that proves a poor decision, and a small towel. I'm also going to pack said strawberries and maybe a chicken sammich, since we're planning to have a mini picnic while we're out. And Jola can come with me :3 It should be a good time! I am looking forward to it :D

And then more writing, because my jukebox fic is a beast.
