I mean, I have the icon, so why not?

I am going to bake some tonight - raspberry tarts for sure, and I dunno what all else. But I know longpig had been looking for a good gingerbread cookie recipe. This is the one we used in Virgina, and I think they were quite good. Of course I tend to put in more spices than called for... But they were firm without being crispy, etc. hey did tend to stick to one of he pans though, so I recommend greasing + removing them before they can cool too much.
