Presentation today. It should go fine. I am trying to decide if it is worth it to go up to school early or not. I need to make sure that my little viking ships will look okay and that they will also print okay. I also have to prnt copies of my outline for everyone in the calss, and probably review my material once more when I'm there. I guess I should head out by noon, and either eat lunch now of bring something with me. I'm craving wendys like a crazy person (Joel's fault) but I just ordered out and should save my pennies.

Here is something interesting though. Donna (dance teacher) just called, and asked me if I want to dance at a multicultural thingy at the Montessori school here on Saturday. I an pleased that she asked me - I could dance at least one of the dances that I've learned through her, and maybe improve to something else I'm familiar with. But it is the same day as Seadog night (next Saturday, in fact), and I need to make sure I have enough time to do all the cooking I need to do. But this would be around noon - I should be able to swing it if I can get there and back. So I'll look over what I need to do for the recipe, anyway, and go from there. I need to let her know tomorrow.

Well, that is something to perk me up, anyway.

Okay, so I need to figure out what 'larding' is had what a 'larding needle' is, and so forth. I would also like to note that this recipe says right in it that ti is okay to eat some of the bacon. Mmm, bacon!

Heard back from A&M. They can't promise me anything at thins point. There are some INA scholarship that could score me instate plus some funds, and though it does seem like they have some funds in assistantships they give them to second years first. There are also employment opportunities and so forth in their conservation lab (depending on what they've got to be done) and in other departments on campus. So, much like here, I suppose. I think I need to do three things: Ask what they offered Michelle when she applied there, ask more specifically about assistantships in the long term, and e-mail Dr. Flatman and ask if he has had a chance to talk to the Port-of-London guy.
Music:: Niyaz - Arezou
