I have made lemon squares. The cc cookie batter is in the fridge, they just need to be cooked.

I need to go to the liquor store, because I have naught but a mouthful of rum, 1 bacardi breezer, and a shot of baileys. this will not do! I don't know what I *do* want, though.maybe just more of the above, hmmm....

I should get ice, maybe? or at least an ice cube tray...? I just need a little ice. Not having ice makes me a bad hostess, I am sure. But I hate ice!

For snacks, I have the aforementioned baked goods, hummus, baby carrots, two kinds of chips (eek, only two!), maybe chips and salsa (I don't know how good the chips are), and maybe pita to go with the hummus. I haven't checked the date :p I'm thinking I should grab some crackers and cheese, and some sort of frozen appetizer, like mini quiche.

The real question is when I'll get a chance to do *any* of this... I missed a call when I came back in from the dollar store, but no one left a message or anythig. Rar.

I also need to fold laundry and sweep my linoleum bits, which I will do tonight.

Oh, I also have some nuts. Nuts! Nuts to it all!

My cookies are all puffy :o I cooked some this morning (two pans worth), and the've turned out puffy. How odd. They still taste good, though! But they remind me more of the cookies my paternal grandmother used to make, in consistency.

I keep thinking Jodie would like them. Puffy cookies!

I guess I should get dressed, hmmm... What to wear?

My phone wasn't working when I left home this morning... I'm assuming it has something to do with the storm, because I know my pill is all paid up :o

Anyway, this is going to make getting ahold of you a little tricky. So I'm leaving you a desperate message on LJ, and sending you an e-mail! Wooh!

So: I hope that you get at least one of these :p

I am wondering when you are planning to come into town today.... I still need to buy booze! and some more snacks :o If you come in early for games, we can maybe do this stuff before... I don't know how long it will take us to run through History of the World with new players (Glendon -_-), either! Anyway, I'll try to call you after my class, otherwise, I'll be at home, quietly freaking out ;)

And I will see you at games, I hope, at least :o
