*dances* ~It's Saturday, super yay, what do I want to do today?~

Well, I called and left a mesage for tsiankiio, so I will see if she calls me back. She is probably sleeping like a zombie to recover from her bouts of not sleeping all week ;) If I don't hear from her by around 1, I'll call Michelle and see if she would like to do something. I may call her if I talk to tsiankiio anyway, we'll see what she thinks. If both of the are busy, well! Goodness, I'll have to find something else exciting :) And tonight is Beltane, whee! I feel like I should do something crazy. It is just a holiday that I like, even if it isn't a holiday of mine. None of the other ones really are either, so if I celebrate them, I can celebrate Beltane too :) Yay for spring! And... stuff >:D I blame Edinburgh. I gues that's a ticketed event now :o Crazyness!

Tomorrow I am Meeting maria to go over babit's class stuff at 12. I did alright on the last exam, so I think I hav a better idea about what sorts of things he is looking, and how he wants us to answer things, so hoprefully I can help her out, because she is feeling realy lost and overwhelmed. I hope this isn't like geology class, though, where I teach someone else everything they need to know before the exam and they surpass me by a grade and a half! *Shakes fist at fishy*. Well, I'm pretty sure it won't be, anyway. I just hope I do well on my exams, and so get a good GPA :) I'm pretty sure I got an A or and A+ on my presenttion for Dr. Babits, and I think I did well on the paper (not that I've seen any kind of numerical grade for it... -_-), it is just at least within the realm of possibility that I could get an A in the class overall. Same with Dr. Ewen's class... I haven't see my final paper makrk (which might not be so hot, who knows? -_-), but I did welkl on everything else and got a 97 on the last exam. I am hopeful... but not so hopeful that I won't be doing a decent amount of studying come Monday!

Rah rah rah! I am going to go read some more Clark Ashton Smith, and then maybe look over some Babits notes, and then call Michelle, depending on how things go. Whee! I am kinda hyper and full of silly energy, can you tell? :D

I am determined to have an adventure of some sort. So, I am going out! Where will I wind up? probably back here in an hour or two, but I will at least buy some candles so I can have a little fire. Maybe I will also buy a metric assload of candy! But where? Where to go? It would be anathema to go someplace like squallmart today. And it is supposed to thunder and lightening! So, what what what? Who knows! I will find out :)

Now, shoudl I go east or west, north or south? I think south. There is more out that way. i will see how far I feel like going.

I am all prepared for my quest, having consumed a bowl of oats and honey. Faery fare for wayfarers!

but not for long! the adventure continues!

I headed south along El, and then duiverged through a park and a few other places,but was still heading south. I eventually hitgreenville Boulevard, and decided I wanted ice cream at baskin Robbins, since it was right there! Only, it wasn't right there. I had to go past the fabric shop! Sp I had a fabric store adventure, picked up some patterns and a fabric for one! then I went and had ice cream: Thunder and Lightening and some kind of bee-coloured honey one. Yum! then I kept walking, biught some candles at a dollar store, and some candy! then I walked home! I was gone about, um... four hours! I also stole some flowers along the way, and have a small little bouquet in a cup in my kitchen. I had some more in my hair, but they all wilted.

And now, tsiankiio (and boy, I believe) are on their way over, and we are meeting Michelle for dinner. and then who knows! It's been a good day so far :)

ETA: I would like to add a comment about the effectoiveness of oiling my hair, since this morning it was all dry and tangly, but I oiled it, and now it is suuper soft and shiny (but isn't 'oily hair'), and also, it took about two minutes to comb it out even though I just have half of it back in a clip, and I've been out in the wind!

The department is haing a Cardboard Boat Regatta on Monday.

I am going to help tsiankiio and build Michelle build a boat. really, though, I am just going to use it as a starting platform. i'm goign to steal other people's boats. ARR! I have a brace of supersoakers newly purchased, plus three miniature water guns as hold-out weapons. Oh yeah! Also a wooden sword >:D

I cannot frickin' wait! Mwa ha ha ha! I cannot express my excitement! It knows no bounds! I am squealing with irrepressable delight!

It doesn't help *at all* that when we were getting in the car on the way home, justnukeit played The Last Saskatchewan Pirate! >:D
