I woke up around ten today, and messed around on the net for an hour or so. Then I decided to take a bath, and read. And read for *fun*. So I grabbed the copy of The Price of Salt that Jodie and Cat got me as a late Christmas present. I adore Patricia highsmith. This is basically a story of forbiden love... Lesbians in the fifties. It was published in 52, originally, under a pen name. I almost skipped to the back to read the new afterowrd that Highsmith wrote for it when it was re-released in 1984, but I think I'll work my way through the story first.

Anyway, I read for about an hour, which is really pushing my levels of tolerance for reading in the bath. I'd put nice smelling oil in the water though, so I feel all opretty! Do I decided I would dress luxuriantly, with a silk blouse, black silk velvet skirt, and why not? My black satin brocade corset. maybe later, when my hair is dry, I'll take some pictures. As for the rest of my day, I haven't decide what to do with all my time. I do want to work more on my skirt, and also do some werite ups for my gmones players. I have heard back from four of five, who are all willing/able to play, so until I heard anything from Fishy, there is no space avaliable. If I hear that he can't make it, I'll let people know, and then I'll have to figure out how I will assign the spot. I am tentatively scheduling this for Tuesday nights, because it would be convenient for me, and I think all of my confirmed peeps can make it then (If I am wrong on this, let me know!)

Right now, I thnk I will scrounge up something for lunch, and then go back to making flame patterns, and maybe play with my rolled hem attachment.

I thought about putting this in Rocksfall, but I don't know if Kit and Rob both read it regularly, so I'm just putting it in my journal.

Would Andrea and/or Ulysses be interested in accomanying Kolya on a vision quest kind of thing? Up a big Fuckoff cold mountain in Wales? If Dovev was going to be there? Think of the wacky hijinks! You don't *need* to be around to play any of it out, but it could be fun :)
