I'm still not in Ontario. After telling me that he was going up to Ontario *for sure* this weekend, I have not heard anything from Jason clarifying this to any extent. So I only took one day of modeling even though I was offered two. Cock. This is starting to greatly vex me.
On the other hand, I talked to Lisa this morning when I stopped in for breakfast, and she said that if I haven't found any christmas work yet, she'd like to know if she could call me on on some days when her store is super busy, or maybe a Saturday or two to do christmas baking stuff, and I said sure. Money is money, and I know I can do it.
Then I went and browsed at Cultures. There was a gorgeous turquoise silk jacket/top that I want want want. And a couple skirts. And they have tops like my orange one from Tibet, in other colours. I'd love more of those. I have no money to spend, though.
Then I went to do modeling. (I almost misspelled that meddling ;). The class was doing clothing stuff, so I grabbed lots of costuming stuff to play with. I brought my silver kimono, among other things. I'd forgotten how much I *heart* that thing, though it needs some alterations. Maybe that's something to do at Shan's next time there is a stitch and bitch, or what have you. Anyway, one of the guys in that group is apparently into fantasy art stuff, so he threw some fairy wings on me and a little pool of water. Pretty :D I also brought my grey cloak. I felt like a sexy evil sorceress, wearing nothing but a cloak ;D The guy gave me his sketches from that. Anyway, it was fun. Although my muscles which were sore yesterday from Kung Fu and are sore today from Karate are more sore, and more Kung Fu tonight. I must be a masochist.
With all this modeling, and dancing, and martial arts, and sewing stuff, though, I fear that I might be turning into Mini-Shan. Only I'm bigger than her, so would that make me Mega-Shan? Hmmm.....
I think I'm going to make Nachos and then walk to the store to get chocolate chips for squares to take to Jodie's
