I went and dropped off resumes at both malls to try and find Christmas employment. I dropped off about 15, I think, and snagged an interview this afternoon. I have to catch the bus fot that in about two hours. My interview is right after 3headedmonkey's. We could smell the desperation in the air at the Wicker Emporium... They were calling all their resume holders in for interviews, I think. We shall see. There are definitely other places I passed stuff in that I would rather work, though. Maybe I can snag a couple of part time things though... that would be alright.

Afterwards, we bused back here, hung out, looked at art books, went for a walk in the rain to buy butter, made pie, and watched The Mummy. :D Which reminds me, Bronwen made me a list I have to post in Rocks Fall...

My allergies are being hell. I hope I recover in time for my interview. Ugh. Must take tylenol for cramps too. :p Still, I'm pretty pleased. Though I wonder if the current colour of my hair might get me not hired. Hmm.. maybe they won't notice ;D I'll just tell them I was involved in an unfortunate pen accident :D

Also, Le Chateau, which is looking for Christmas people, have an amusing application form. They made you rate yourself on various points. They asked why I wanted to work there... I said I was driven by an urge to populate the world with people with better fashion sense, or something to the like :D

Anyway, I'm pretty please. Fifteen resumes in a day = not bad in my books.
