Dave is such a Nocker. He fixed my computer without breaking a single thing :D I dind't break anything important, though ;)

The power connection needed to be re-soldered, and now I have to be gentle with it. I will be, I promise! I also know how to take this baby apart now. Whether or not I ever will is a different matter. It si strange. When I can see the parts, I get nervous that I might break something. Heh heh. Basically, unplugging anything from the mother board makes me nervous. But I could if I had to. Not that I could fix anything that went wrong on it anyway. arr!

Apart frm that, I ran my changeling game again this afternoon. It is going quite well. I kind of arbitrarily write out Buck's character in what I hope was not a particularly lame way... He more or less got stuck in a dreaming trap before other people could warn him. I also made Hazel spit up diet coke and brownies by saying "Hello! Welcome to Bird's Ass!" at the perfect mkoment. I almst got her twice. This after the comment of "It's not like it's hard to tell the difference between a rtown and a bird's ass." I guess this is probably one of those 'had to be there' annecdotes... They blew up a bird's ass. Then I named the town that. Then I stole the RPG cliche of having townspeople stand outside and 'welcome' people. Arr. That makes it sound much less amusing than it actually was, I assure you :o

Now I'm kind of sleepy. I don't think I've been eating particularly well... I've been eating out a lot since I got home, because I've been out alot. Especially when Buck was here. I'm going to be happy to have to walk everywhere again, I think :o

I'm going up to the Miriamichi tomorrow to see my dad. I'm also supposed to go out to a movie or something with fionasidhe when I'm there. I still need to find Jason babineau though, damnit! I need to talk to him about this whole going to Ontario thing... Otherwise I need to figure out another way of doing it. Maybe I could pay balthcat the gas money and he could take me. It isn't like he is doing anything else atm ;)

Also, I am sad that Buck left this morning. I very rarely get to see him, and it was really cool to have him around. also, his bus is cool! I felt bad getting him to drive me everywhere, but on the other hand it was usually someplace he was going anyway, and we did give him free accomodations while he was here ;) Still, I hope he does find some way to come up here. It really would be cool. And good. We have our problems in Canada, but at least we aren't ruled by a monkey at the moment :p

Now I must go play Terry Hates Us III. Yay no more keyboard sharing! ^-^
