There is precedent and cases have been won using the charter. The reason they brought it up eas because they expected to see more use of those laws on that context...so very possible! The other piece was that the supreme court has also recognized that Canadians have a right to a safe and healthy environment under the Constitution.

I had to get a new computer... last year (what it time). I don't have space for a desktop, but gaming laptops are the one that have things like storage and USB ports so that's what I wound up with! I'm not much of a gamer, usually, but I could play most new releases today if I wanted.
