Meanwhile... *flails about Yuletide* Gotta start my second pinch hit tonight!
50% of the time...
It was an old debate, but Kalman had known this day would come.
"It isn't going to work this time, Boden. Really. They've set up an anti-magic zone around their encampment. We can't scry them at all."
Boden thought for a minute. "Can't sorcerers see through their familiars or something?"
"It...doesn't really work that way," Kalman answered. The finer points of arcane theory would be lost on his friend. "We need a different plan."
"Okay." Boden looked at the map, concentrating. "So, we teleport in with a stealth team just *outside* their camp."
Kalman threw up his arms in despair.
