I think it's also important (perhaps more important) to watch the whole crash course in order to see how the economy intersects with energy and environmental concerns. Why? Because every investor out there will tell you that now is the time to stay in the market in order to get in on the ground floor of the next boom, because of course markets go in cycles. However, once one factors in our current energy and environmental situation and makes the connection between cheap available energy and wealth creation, it looks more like there may not be any recovery (in the way they mean) from this financial crash.
