I want to see Spock!Prime and Nero interact after spock is captured.
Maybe it will be in the novelization.
But I want it now, damnit!
I mean yes, I realize that Nero is really just a catalyst, more than an antagonist, that causes the crew to come together. He's not the focus of the film. But that means that his story, which is pretty epic (fridging of his wife/baby/planet aside - I may post more on this later) is fairly epic, is only hinted at in the movie, and reading the comic really just made me realize how much we are missing.
So, more please!
Once I am somewhat satisfied, I will likely more enthusiastically wade in to the sea of other fic exploring the new character relationships. Most likely starting with the Kirk/McCoy bits.
ETA: Or I can just write my *own* fic, I guess... Also over here

I'm hoping the book will do him a little more depth as well.
I liked him in the movie, but he wasn't a strong presence. Eric Bana described the role as a 'cameo' even ;) he is really just a catalyst.
Somewhere I have a link that shows how Spock was actually the film's antagonist. I'll pull it out later if you're interested.
